(Saratoga Casino & Raceway) Horsemen MUST enter the Paddock through the main entrance (by the guard shack). The door in the Paddock snack bar is for EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. Surveillance cameras are in use. Anyone other than authorized SCH personnel entering the Paddock via the snack bar, or any person who opens the door to allow an unauthorized person to enter, will be fined and may lose racing privileges.
